Head chef Jonathan Rhead has been working in the catering industry for over 30 years and has run the Strand Bistro since June 2013. Jon has worked across the world and cooked with some amazing ingredients, which he uses in his restaurant. The Strand Bistro uses local suppliers to source produce from Tywardreath butchers, Fowey mussels & vegetables from Richards of Par.
